The Brazilian Grill is a family-owned restaurant, established in 2000 in Hyannis, Massachusetts. We offer an authentic dining experience featuring homemade recipes from southern Brazil, passed down from generations.
Brazilian Grill Churrascaria is proud to share the traditions, culture, and food of southern Brazil. Rodizio is the Brazilian style barbecue, offering a wide variety of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken that are slowly cooked over natural wood to preserve all their natural juices and flavors. Tender morsels are brought to you on skewers and carved at your table. You may enjoy as much as you like, all for one fixed price.
In fact, Gauchos make their rounds among the tables continuously, until all of the house specialties are served or until the customer is satisfied. You may have more of everything or only your favorites. Among Brazilians, a complete Rodizio includes conversation with dining companions that can go on for hours. We hope you enjoy this gastronomical adventure called Rodizio along with the unique style and tradition of the Brazilian Gaucho.
We suggest you start with a light salad course and then signal the Gauchos that you are ready to begin the Rodizio by turning the card on your table to the green side. After you have enough, simply turn the card to the red side. Don’t forget there are many other meats to follow and you may request as many servings as you like.
The Rodizio includes unlimited visits to our fabulous buffet with a wide variety of salads, vegetables, cheeses, pasta, imported prosciutto, and delicious Brazilian hot dishes. (Vegetarians may enjoy the buffet only). For dessert try Chocolate Cake and Banana Flambada.
The main attraction is the Churrasco a Rodizio, the traditional Brazilian barbecue, served table-side by Gauchos, who carve up skewers of beef, chicken, pork, and lamb that have been grilled over a wood fire, just as the legendary Gauchos would have done in the Rio Grande do Sul region of Brazil.
